Only when the searcher happens to be a buyer will the site earn profit. However, a company cannot make a sale if the buying process is unbroken. To give out little or no suspicion by Google that I am trying to spam their system by stuffing keywords, I only place keywords at the start and the end of the article.
As for the keyword in the middle of a blog post, I will put them in but not as dense as the introduction and conclusion part.
